What You Need

SCHEDULER/ PLANNER:
As a scheduler developing and analyzing schedules for various construction industries for personnel time, as well as project activities, utilizing Primavera, and MS Project. Provided various construction scheduling and analysis for both horizontal and vertical Activities in the construction industry also provided reports to management for monthly and bi-weekly forecasting.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
With many years of project management experience managing various construction projects ranging from $3M to $200M in construction cost. Conducted initial consultation with clients and consultants. Attended Pre-bids, all design and construction meetings. Prepared estimates, budgets and timelines for team members and the project. Coordinated construction activities with all team members, vendors, subcontractors and owners. Reviewed various task including contracts, bids, plans, specifications and shop drawings for construction and design projects.

ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION:
As a member of architectural firms developed design and production drawings from schematic designs and implemented production standards to achieve efficient coordination between team members and consultants to minimize errors and omission on the drawings. Conversely in building construction, organized the procurement of subcontractors and coordinated on site with corporate office activities. Conducted site inspections for design and construction compliance.
